Nine Year Old Pipe Dreams

Dear diary, I had such a fun dream last night! I dreamed I was a magical girl, one who could soar through the air and save the world from danger!

It was really something! I think I'd call myself "Magical Girl Hayate-chan!"

I'm doing better too, my legs aren't so bad today, and I can actually feel my toes better! The doctor got a little mad at me for going outside last time but she was okay with me playing around a little.

I saw a lot of people on the network are close to Christmas. I wonder if I should have my own Christmas in July! I'd have to dig out decorations though...

I'd have to use some very careful Aero magic, but I think it might work.

It's a little difficult to explain. But I have a trait that lets me use magic more easily than someone without it. Otherwise, it tends to be even harder to find someone with magic potential, at least in the worlds I've been to.

Oh I see, so it's sort of like 'magic is a rare thing' for people that you know, correct? I understand.

But I am good enough at putting charms on crafts. I might be able to make something that could at least put on a lightshow for you.

That would be great actually! I'd really love that to be honest.

I've got some downtime right now, to be honest, so it won't be hard to put together. What kind of item would you want?

Maybe a little charm? Something to keep on myself, but big enough so that I know where it is.

Can I have a necklace? I don't wear bracelets that much because I'm often cooking and cleaning.

All right. Crystals hold magic better, so a crystal pendant should work fine. What color would you like?

Hmm... most magical girls have pink but maybe a white crystal?

Okay, that should work well. Maybe some form of quartz.

Ooh that sounds good! Okay then!
